Why do all the hardcore liberals here avoid questions about their life and never put up any pics of them selves on here? I am thinking it is because their lives are pathetic. In my experience it seems that people who share their political views are mostly low wage, low skill, dependent on their parents and are hardly ever in good shape. I guessing that is why they criticize everyone else's life with out offering their own stories.

A few have supplied enough information to gather an idea. Take Eclectic Skeptic for instance, I'm pretty certain he works for the state and belongs to a public sector union, he's bragged quite a rew times about how well he's paid and how great his pension plan is, hell just last week he was ranting about how few days he had to work. My guess is Dano Bivens has had a hard life, no doubt it's someone else's fault, he's a Home Depot employee, part-timer more than likely.

Just to answer the question in the title, I don't blame them. In reality everything centers on who one pretends to become being significant to societal evolution, not what they are in genetic continuation as in this side of living life, every body is equally conceived and rank comes when parenting another generated ancestor through acts of conception.

 

Now reality creates casts of characters conceptualizing what if scenarios and that is spawning, not reproduction..

I would not place you in this category at all, I am talking pretty much just about the five listed and I could add BigO. You know the type, the ones that are like arguing with a brick wall, the ones who manipulate figures so they fit their agenda better, example of this would be; BigO saying there were 30k preventable gun deaths last year, when in fact there were 11k homicides and 19k suicides with less then 500 fatal gun accidents. Get what I am saying?

Why does anyone? Perhaps its because they want a place to discuss matters where they can be anonymous, or where they can be vile keyboard warriors without repercussions, or simply they, like conservatives and libertarians, don't want to be stalked IRL by someone who opposes their viewpoint.

 

IMO, this is the last thing we should be worried about. It's more important to change their minds, than identify their faces.

With a few exception it always seems like all the really offensive vulgar crap comes from people on your side of the fence buddy. Would you be the first participant in my study? Can you answer the following questions honestly and post a picture of yourself with your sn in it?

What do you do for a living?

Who do you live with?

What is aprox annual income?

How many and which countries have you visited?

What is your level of education?

 

Of course this study will be flawed because those who are low skill, low education, none traveling will probably not answer truthfully but none the less.

Oh of course not alot of personnel info, but you can easily black out your face and still give people an idea of whether you care about your physical appearance or not. There is no harm in giving a generalization of what you do for a living, or who you live with. I am not saying they should write "i work at the smoking accessories shop on main and 4th in Nowhere, MS".

 

I am a 27 year old Combat Medic in the army, I am stationed at Ft bliss (there are probably 3k medics on Bliss alone). I have been deployed 3 times, twice to Iraq in 07 and 09 and once to Afghanistan from late 11 to late 12. I have also went to Haiti after the quake, and have helped in disasters here in the US. I am married, have three kids and two dogs. I used to own a house here in Texas, when we found out I would have to be med retired we put it on the market, it sold really fast (of course because we didn't want it to), so I currently rent a house ($400 more a month then my mortgage was ERRRR!). We also own a house we inherited from my wife's grandparents, but it is on the other side of the country, we have a property manager run that and rent it out.

 

I joined the Army right outa high school pretty much in 05'. I started college classes almost immediately after arriving at my FORCOM unit. I earned my BS in bio (took 6 years) a little over a year ago now, and I took the MCATs this year. I have been accepted to medical school and will start in the fall. As of now I am EMT-P with ALS certification as well as a few different instructor certs. With exception to this year due to injury sustained in Afghan my unit, when not deployed, rotates medics in the local fire dept. If you add up all the time I have been in and all the 30 day rotation w/ various fire dept I have about a year on the bus I imagine. I also try to volunteer a little time every month at a VA nursing home even when I am injured. That is me over sharing, I didn't give any sensitive info I don't think. Why dont the notorious 6 do that? Because, they know they would have to lie, or if they told the truth they know they would be up for ridicule.

Let me tell you those guys are like talking to a brick wall! you can post links proving your point from fbi.gov and still wont believe you. I once argued with Danno about napalm usage in Iraq, keep in mind I have lived in Iraq for 20 months of my life, and he still claimed I was lying. Being anonymous is fine, however if you are going to insult everyone else's lives you should, for no other reason then to prove your point, discuss your life. Just create a photobucket.com account, click the tab that says upload, then hit browse button, open the folder with your pic, select the picture you want by clicking it, it automatically uploads after confirmed, then click the tab that says "library", you will see your pictures, put the gear image in the corner of your picture, then click links on the menu that pops up, click the bottom code and it automatically copies, then paste code here...That's it
