In-group or out-group political obstruction: Which would make you more

Recommended Posts

Hello Everyone,

I'm doing some pilot research for my dissertation in social psychology and I would like your thoughts on the following topic.

Which would make you more angry...

1. A member of YOUR political party votes against a proposed bill that is in your party's best interest.

OR...

2. A member of THE OPPOSITE political party votes against a proposed bill that is in your party's best interest.

If you would be so kind as to respond with which scenario would create more anger, and a sentence or two why, I would very much appreciate it.

Thanks in advance for the help,

Daniel
