  1. Nope, not a communist, but rather the inability to ignore gramer or spellng erros.
  2. The State of Massachusetts would be deprived of it's suffrage in the Senate.
  3. My grand father, a professor, also suffered from this same character defect.
  4. Article V (Article 5 - Mode of Amendment) The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.
  5. I now intentionally include gramar and speling errors to give Xavier opportunists to be an ass.
  6. It is unconstitutional to combines States, and also no State can be deprived of it's equal representation in the Senate without it's consent. This is perhaps the only protection that could not be changed even by the amendment process as even an amendment could not be used to deprive a State of it's senators.
  7. Why? Why does DC, the federal seat of government specifically created to be outside the boundaries of any State, deserve to be a State? Have you read Federalist #43 where Madison writes quite clearly on this very topic?
  8. You use that term "Native American" as a label for a wide range of indigenous people even if different populations might find this offensive and choose to self identify with different terms. That is clearly assigning the term to mean those diverse peoples. I am also a native American .... no need to discriminate. The socialist left likes to make up names to segregate people into groups and thus we have terms such as African American, Native American, and on and on, but people are of a race and also a nationality. Two independent characteristics. I will not use segregationist terms to separate myself from significant portions of my beloved countrymen. A black man is just as much an American with or without a dark skin pigmentation. So also is a white man, a red man, yellow, purple, green or pink. We are all Americans and the vast majority of us are also native Americans rather then naturalized Americans. I am just as much a native American as every other person so fortunate as to be born in this land or born as a child of an American citizen.
  9. Even if all of that come to pass, that could hardly be considered a landslide. 1984 Reagan 525 Mondale 13 1972 Nixon 520 McGovern 17 True landslides!!!
  10. Both atheists and theists can easily comprehend the concepts of natural rights and how those concepts impacted the formation of our federal government as well as the moral underpinnings of the war for independence. Those of limited acuity might find this problematic but belief is clearly not a necessary precondition for understanding. Are you somehow defective that this should confuse you?
  11. There are a great variety of terms that various indigenous population use to self identify and even within those population there is often a diversity of opinion. How is it that you somehow magically possess the power to assign a term of your preference to all of these diverse peoples? I have no interest at all as to the race of the President, it is not germane to the office and of no import except to racists.
  12. "When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." This is often attributed to Jefferson, but the provenance is not rigorously established. No matter, the truth of the statement is self evident and born out by numerous examples around the world.
  13. I am most certainly am native American even if bigots discriminate against people without indigenous ancestry. I am both a native and I am also an American just as much as all of my native born countrymen without regards to race, gender, .... or any other group. I am not, however a native Texans, much to my shame, as I was born in Vermont.
  14. Actually, natural rights exist even in the absence of government, that is in a state of nature. Governments are instantiated to preserve those rights and the actions of a just government are consistent with the preservation of those sacred liberties. Our core human rights do supersede any government action and the discriminator between good government and tyranny is whether or not a government secures those rights or abridges the same. Read John Locke's Second Treatise of Government and perhaps you will not be so profoundly ignorant of the theory of rights that underpin our constitution. You can get it free from the link below. https://www.amazon.com/Second-Treatise-Government-John-Locke-ebook-dp-B004UJCSBG/dp/B004UJCSBG/ref=mt_other?_encoding=UTF8&me=&qid=
  15. No matter how hard you try, you can't delete the past. The only thing that is malleable is the present and the future. I am a native American as is every other person born in these United States. I am staying.
  16. Tyrants should fear the people they are oppressing.
  17. Supply side Democrats will think this was a valuable use of our children's future tax dollars.
  18. It is likely that very large numbers of people are going to get the Wuhan virus, ether early or at a latter date. In the end, the numbers over the duration of this epidemic may be quite similar without regard to draconian government policy decisions, but those same policies are having a dramatic impact on the economy which may, in the end, kill far more people then the Wuhan virus. If we destroy the US economy, it is not just Americans that will die, but poor people all around the would.
  19. From about 1820 to 1860, there was the U.S. Navy African Squadron that blockaded the West cost of African to interdict that slave trade. Slaves rescued by the ships of the African Squadron were offloaded in Liberia. These are the same peoples who would have become slaves in America. Where would you rather live today?
  20. Atheist always spouting their shit are a lot like vegans always shouting their shit, both crying for attention.
